Applications for the range? • Our furniture is generally suitable for both home, indoor and outdoor use and will be specified in each product description. These pieces are ideal for all living spaces, such as lounge rooms, family rooms, bedrooms, etc. They are also applcable for outdoor areas whether by the pool, under a pergola or deck areas, as our composite possesses a high resistance to ultra- violet degradation.. • The range is also perfect to enhance and uplift commercial areas such office spaces, hotel foyers, medical practice waiting rooms, cafes, restaurants, wineries and more.
How do I care for the pieces? • As our furniture is created using a safe, non toxic, fire resistant but very durable composite, cleaning is very easy. In most cases, simply wiping them down with a soft, damp cloth followed by a dry cloth, will suffice. Avoid using cleaning products or abrasive type sponges. • Timber elements are generally best wiped down with a solution of warm water and mild dish soap, then a soft cloth to wipe down the surface immediately after. For tougher stains you can add a little white vinegar to the solution. • Cushion covers are removable and best washed on a cold water, delicate cycle with a mild laundry detergent. • Any concrete elements can be simply hosed down with water.
How do I place an order? • In order to purchase products from the Faux Biophilia website, you must provide at checkout, your full name, phone number, email and address. Currently only delivering to New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. • Please note that all prices displayed are retail prices. The listed prices do not cover insurance costs, import and export duties, or any other comparable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by governmental authorities on amounts payable by the Buyer. • Any applicable taxes (GST) are included in the retail price. • After the order is placed, an email is sent under 24 hours (or next working day) with an order confirmation and additional information relating the order.
I entered my address or phone number incorrectly for my order, how do I fix it? • Please advise us immediately if you require any changes to be made to your personal details or delivery information for your online order, via the Contact Us form.
Is there any way I can cancel my order? • Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please reach out via the Contact Us form to speak to the team.
What if I miss my delivery? • Please note that if your delivery cannot be completed as scheduled, you may be required to pay for a re-delivery. It is very important to ensure you are home for your delivery to ensure this does not occur.
How long will delivery take? • As our range is made to order, we begin manufacture once your order has been placed and payment accepted. Therefore, please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery, from date of order.
Can you assemble my furniture for me? • Our delivery and installation team members service Southeast Qld and Northern NSW. Installation is at an extra cost to be advised. We require your room/s to be ready and clear with sufficient access for delivery of your furniture. It is your responsibility to forewarn us of any challenges such as narrow stairs, steep driveways, elevators or partly built homes. Further to this, we ask you to protect your floors, remove objects that may be in our way that could suffer damage. Please note we are unable to move existing furniture.
How difficult is it to assemble my furniture? • Assembly is very easy. Tables will only need legs to be screwed on, no tools required. Lounges and other large items will be delivered in a few sections (which aids in transportation, with each piece being relatively lightweight and able to be picked up by 2 people), and will only require basic assembly.
How much is shipping? • Shipping is calculated based on your order total. If you wish to receive a quote for other states, prior to placing an order or for multiple large items, please contact our friendly team.
Do you ship internationally? • Absolutely! Please contact us prior to placing an order to get a shipping quote.
Do you offer a warranty on the furniture range? • Any replacement or repair of components or parts will be completed under our warranty and is valid only in the event of a failure or defect occurring due to a manufacturing fault. Please note that our products are handmade, so colours, textures, sizes and weights can vary from image depictions. and as such are not considered defects. • Warranty is limited only to the replacement of and/or repair to the defective part or component. Faux Creative reserves the right to decide whether the claim is due to wear and tear or a manufacturing fault. • House calls, freight and labour costs are not included in this warranty and will be charged extra to the purchase price. • The guarantee of warranty is effective from the date of when goods are delivered only to the original delivery address. All original documentation including invoices and receipts must be provided.
Can I have a custom colour choice? • It is possible to have a colour of your choice on almost any piece, but please note this would be at an additional cost. Kindly use the Contact Us form prior to placing an order.
What is the recommended maximum weight for seats and chairs? • The average recommended weight across our armchairs is 120kg and 3 seaters, 220kg.
